Gabrielle Campbell is a musician from Alexandria, Ontario. After studying classical music in Montreal and jazz at StFX University, she returned home to Alexandria where she enjoys a musical career as a vocalist, pianist and teacher. Gabrielle runs a music school, the MCM Music Festival, community choirs, composition groups, summer camps, Open Mic Nights and organizes concerts. Her daughter, Rachel is a 16-year-old musician. She often performs with the MacLeod Fiddlers, the Scotch River Fiddles, the Campbell Trio and Torridon. She has completed her RCM diploma in piano and is currently pursuing grade 10 violin and voice. She also enjoys playing the harp, mandolin and the cajón. Rachel was a semi-finalist on TVA’s La Voix Junior and was the grand prize winner of this year’s Concours de talent de l’est Ontarien.
